These terms explain how the website and quote process work. Product, price, production and delivery details are confirmed in a written quote before an order is accepted.

Pre-launch notice: The contracting legal entity, registered details, governing law and dispute forum will be stated in the final commercial terms before paid website orders are accepted. These website terms do not replace the specific terms attached to an approved quote.

Using the website

You may use this site to review products and submit genuine business or event enquiries. Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate another party or attempt to access systems without authorization.

Quotes and contract formation

A form submission is a request for review, not an acceptance or binding order.
We confirm product specification, quantity, artwork, price, taxes, shipping, timing and payment terms in writing.
A contract forms only under the acceptance method stated in the final quote or order confirmation.
Website images, colors and mockups are illustrative; approved production artwork controls the printed specification.

Artwork and approvals

You must have permission to use logos, names, images, barcodes, QR destinations and other material you provide. Production should not begin until the agreed proof and commercial terms are approved. Screen colors can differ from physical print, and reasonable production tolerances will be stated where relevant.

Prices, tax and customs

The website does not publish a binding price. The written quote will state currency, quote validity, applicable tax treatment, shipping, and any known duties or customs responsibilities. Do not assume that a displayed minimum order quantity is a price.

Delivery, changes and cancellation

Production and transit estimates depend on payment, artwork approval, supplier capacity, destination and carrier conditions. Changes or cancellation may become unavailable after proof approval or production begins. The order-specific rule will be stated before acceptance.

Defects and statutory rights

Custom products are not automatically returnable for preference changes, but this does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded or remedies for goods that are defective, damaged or materially different from the approved specification. See Shipping & Returns.

Website content and liability

We work to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that every page is error-free or continuously available. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Order-specific limitations, if applicable, must be reasonable and stated in the final terms.
