We use the information you provide to understand your event, recommend products, prepare a quote and communicate about that request. A quote request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Pre-launch transparency: StashEvent is the trading name used on this website. The contracting legal entity and its registered details will appear on every final quote and invoice and will be added here before paid orders are accepted through the website.

Information we collect

Name, work email, company or event name and location.
Event type, dates, delivery deadline, products, quantities, access groups and design requirements.
Free-text notes and correspondence you choose to send.
Page URL, referrer, campaign parameters, locale, submission time and technical security logs.
Quote, order, payment, production, shipping and support records if you become a customer.
Optional marketing consent and suppression records.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries and prepare product recommendations or quotes.
To administer approved orders and meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.
To improve website and sales operations using proportionate, aggregated analysis.
To send product updates only when you separately opt in or another lawful basis applies.

Service providers

We may use hosting, email delivery, CRM, security, payment, production and logistics providers only as needed to operate the service. Resend is planned for transactional email delivery. We will update this policy with the active providers and relevant transfer information before public launch.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and order information only as long as needed for the request, customer service, legal records and legitimate business protection. We use access controls and proportionate safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern. Legal rights depend on your location and may be subject to exceptions.

Cookies and external resources

The current site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. It loads Google Fonts from Google servers. Read the Cookie Policy for the current inventory.
